My sincerest thanks to all who have been supportive all these years. I thank God all the time for your presence, kind support, graciousness and appreciation. I pray that good things come to you in return and may God bless you manifold.

Now some updates: There will be a revamp of my blog sometime over the next few weeks and months. My mother, who is my staunchest supporter and pillar of strength, has decided to retire from the business. So changes are due soon to our range of cookies. Please visit this blog from time to time.

I have also been able to get the contact for Premium Lapis Cake (layered cake) from SARAWAK! This is of course the very famous, authentic and exclusive Sarawak Lapis Cake which has been intricately put together to form a myriad of patterns and tastes. Imported fresh from Sarawak, they can be enjoyed for up to three weeks, refrigerated to prolong its shelf life. I like the quality taste and the cakes all look gorgeous and oh! so pretty! They are irresistible and great as gifts too. Some of you may have read about the Premium Sarawak Lapis Cake from newspaper reports some months back and my supplier, Di Wannie Cakes have established a following here each time they take part in the Singapore Expo trade fairs. Q1. Are the prices stated inclusive of a delivery?
A1. No. The prices stated do not include delivery. A delivery can be arranged at S$12 per address regardless of volume of order. However, I would like to encourage self-collection from my home at Woodlands Street 83.

Q2. How can I make an order?
A2. You can make an order by downloading an order form (by right-clicking and pressing "Save Target As) and by sending it to me as an attachment via e-mail at ainahmanap@hotmail.com.

Q3. Are the cookies (kuih) handmade?
A3. Yes. The cookies are all handmade. Thus, the size, shape and colour may have slight variations.

Q4. How can I keep the cookies to last?
A4. Keep it in a cool and dry place and away from any heat surfaces (eg. kettles, stoves, ovens and rice cookers)

Q5. How can I keep the cheesecakes and tiramisu to last?
A5. REFRIGERATE them and they should be able to last between 1 and 2 weeks depending on your fridge.

Q6. How can I make a clean cut on the cheesecake?
A6. Use a warm and moist knife (by wiping with a hot but wet towel) for every slice you make.

Q7. How do I serve tiramisu?
A7. Freeze Tiramisu for (not more than) an hour. Turn out the 'frozen' tiramisu onto a plate or serving dish. Cut and serve with sprinklings of cocoa and chocolate rasps.

A8. Closing date is two weeks before the festivities. Hurry and place your order now to avoid disappointment!
