Thank you for your support for the past 12 years. For ease of ordering, I have divided the blog and order form into 4 sections :

Section A is for the Chocolate Indulgence Range (chocolate only variety)
Section B is for the Classic Range (cookies with biscuits)
Section C is for Cheesecakes
Section D is for Tiramisu

Delivery is available upon request at $12 per address (subject to change) but if you pick up from my home in Woodlands St 83, you don't have to pay any delivery charge. Closing date for Chinese New Year orders is 14 January 2012.

*Mascarpone is a triple-creme cheese, made from a generally low-fat (25%) content fresh cream. It's made from the milk of cows that have been fed special grasses filled with fresh herbs and flowers -- a special diet that creates a unique taste often described as "fresh and delicious.

FAQs

Q1. Are the prices stated inclusive of a delivery?
A1. No. The prices stated do not include delivery. A delivery can be arranged at S$12 per address regardless of volume of order. However, I would like to encourage self-collection from my home at Woodlands Street 83.

Q2. How can I make an order?
A2. Download this order form and save it on your desktop. Fill in your orders, name & telephone number and other details and email it back to me at ainahmanap@hotmail.com.

Q3. Are the cookies (kuih) handmade?
A3. Yes. The cookies are all handmade. Thus, the size, shape and colour may have slight variations.

Q4. How can I keep the cookies to last?
A4. Keep it in a cool and dry place and away from any heat surfaces (eg. kettles, stoves, ovens and rice cookers)

Q5. How can I keep the cheesecakes and tiramisu to last?
A5. REFRIGERATE them and they should be able to last between 1 and 2 weeks depending on your fridge.

Q6. How can I make a clean cut on the cheesecake?
A6. Use a warm and moist knife (by wiping with a hot but wet towel) for every slice you make.

Q7. How do I serve tiramisu?
A7. Freeze Tiramisu for (not more than) an hour. Turn out the 'frozen' tiramisu onto a plate or serving dish. Cut and serve with sprinklings of cocoa and chocolate rasps.
